Shipping Regions
LeTech Canada primarily ships within Canada.
We may also accept orders to select international destinations on an exception basis. International availability, where offered, is limited and may change at any time.
We do not ship to:
- the United States
- the European Union
- Great Britain
- Russia
Carrier availability, delivery times, and service levels may vary by destination. Some remote locations may have limited carrier options.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, or when additional order verification is required.

Retail shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available within Canada where supported by the carrier.

- Express delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays
Trade Professionals Shipping

Trade shipping rates are calculated based on destination, package weight, order profile, and selected service, where applicable.
Trade shipping is intended for professional use. Account eligibility, order volume, and shipping destination may be reviewed based on program requirements and operational considerations.
Approved international trade shipments may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to destination, carrier availability, and account status.
Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale shipping is available to approved wholesale accounts within Canada. In limited cases, international wholesale shipments may be approved at LeTech Canada’s discretion.

Wholesale Shipping Method
Wholesale shipping is handled based on the size, destination, and profile of the order:
- shipping may be quoted and confirmed prior to fulfillment
- orders may be shipped using parcel carrier rates or freight services, depending on volume
- shipping timelines and fulfillment methods are confirmed during order processing
Wholesale shipping terms are communicated directly after account approval and may vary by order.
International Shipping Exceptions
Where international shipping is offered on an exception basis, the following applies:
- availability is determined at checkout or by direct approval from LeTech Canada
- shipping charges are calculated separately based on destination, size, weight, and carrier availability
- delivery times are estimates only
- some products or destinations may not be eligible
LeTech Canada reserves the right to refuse or cancel international orders at its discretion.
Shipping Exclusions and Special Handling
Some orders may require additional shipping fees or special handling due to factors such as:
- package weight or dimensions
- carrier limitations for specific destinations
- restricted products or delivery limitations, where applicable
If an additional shipping charge is required, LeTech Canada will contact you prior to shipment where possible.
Pre-Orders and Out of Stock Items
From time to time, certain products may be offered as pre-order.
If an order includes a pre-order item:
- the order will generally ship once all items are available
- to avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items
In some cases, split shipping may be possible, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Tracking details are provided when the shipment is processed, where supported by the carrier.
Delivery confirmation or signature may be used for certain orders, order values, or destinations.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
Duties, Taxes, and International Delivery
For approved international shipments outside Canada:
- duties, taxes, import fees, and any related charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout
- carrier delays related to customs processing are outside of our control
Shipping Restrictions
LeTech Canada reserves the right to restrict, refuse, or cancel shipments to any destination at its discretion, including where carrier access, customs limitations, regulatory issues, fraud concerns, or operational constraints apply.
