essential for best results.

Surface preparation

1. Clean thoroughly using Leather Ultimate Cleaner.
2. If heavy soiling or grease is present, use Leather Degreaser first.
3. Degrease using Leather Alcohol Cleaner or Leather Liquid Degreaser.
4. If the existing coating is damaged or peeling, remove loose old coating using Leather Solvent Cleaner or Leather Prep (paint remover).
5. Apply Leather Primer, adding Leather Cross Linker X (5 to 10%).

Application

1. Shake thoroughly before use.
2. Apply in thin, even coats. Spraying is recommended for the most uniform finish.
3. Spray guidance (general): can be diluted with distilled water, nozzle 0.5–1.2 mm, pressure 1.1–8 bar depending on equipment. Compressed air must be free from water and oil. Filter product through a 190 micron filter before spraying.
4. For touch-ups, apply with sponge, brush, or roller. For thicker colour work, use Leather Thickening Agent.

Finishing

1. Protect the surface with Leather Top Coat plus Leather Cross Linker X (5 to 10%).
2. Optional additives can be used with top coat to adjust feel and performance: Leather Slip Additive, Leather Wax-Effect Additive, Leather X-Guard Additive, Leather Casein Additive, Leather Thickening Agent.
3. Typical use after 2 to 3 hours, full cure 8 to 12 hours.
4. Avoid cleaning agents and leather care products for the first week after top coat application.

Tool cleanup

• Rinse tools thoroughly with water. If needed, use Leather Prep.
