Additif de caséine pour cuir

Leather Casein Additive is modified casein in polyurethane
dispersion. Casein is chemically similar to leather collagen, which supports strong adhesion to leather surfaces. In finishing, it forms a dispersed film that improves vapour and moisture exchange and can be polished during finishing to create a natural lustre.

Can be polished during finishing for lustre and appearance

1. Après la peinture, protégez la surface avec la couche de finition pour cuir (Leather Top Coat).
2. Ajoutez 5 à 10% de durcisseur pour cuir (Leather Cross Linker X) du mélange total.
3. Ajoutez 10 à 15% d'additif pour cuir à la caséine (Leather Casein Additive) du mélange total.
4. Appliquez en dernière étape, la pulvérisation est recommandée pour un film uniforme.
5. Évitez d'appliquer une couche trop épaisse, un excès peut affecter la couleur et la manipulation.
6. Utilisation typique après 2 à 3 heures, durcissement complet 8 à 12 heures. Évitez les nettoyants et les produits d'entretien du cuir pendant la première semaine.
