Le Leather Heavy Filler est conçu pour réparer les dommages plus profonds,
y compris les trous, les rayures profondes et les éraflures importantes. Il a une consistance épaisse et homogène, s'étale facilement et adhère fortement au cuir. Une fois durci, il reste élastique et résistant aux craquelures sous contrainte normale.

Comment utiliser
Professional product, follow correct reinforcement and layering for deep repairs.
Repair application
- For through holes, reinforce from the inside using a reinforcing pad and Leather Glue WB.
- Fill the damage evenly with Leather Heavy Filler, allow to dry fully, use a household hair dryer to accelerate drying if needed.
- Because it is water-based, slight sinking can occur, apply additional layers until flush once fully dry.
- Sand the final coat with fine abrasive paper to remove irregularities.
- Optional tinting: add up to 10% leather paint to match colour.
Painting and protection
- Apply colour in thin, even coats, spraying is recommended for best finish.
- Protect with Leather Top Coat plus 5 to 10% Leather Cross Linker X.
- Optional additives used with top coat: Leather Slip Additive, Leather Wax-Effect Additive, Leather X-Guard Additive, Leather Casein Additive, Leather Thickening Agent.
- Typical use after 2 to 3 hours, full cure 8 to 12 hours. Avoid cleaners and leather care products for the first week.
Tool cleanup
- Rinse tools with water, use Leather Prep if needed.
