Leather Thickening Agent, Expert Line is a functional additive based on synthetic polyurethanes used to increase viscosity and adjust rheological properties of water-based polyurethane dispersions and related products, including leather paints, protective varnishes, and repair compositions. It is designed to improve handling without affecting colour rendering or transparency as described.

• Increasing viscosity for thicker coats and more controlled application

Does not alter drying time or interlayer adhesion as described

1. Supplied ready to use, no pre-dilution required.
2. Add 1 to 5% of total volume to Leather Colourant, Leather Top Coat, Heavy Filler, or Leather Light Filler.
3. Add gradually in small quantities, especially when mixing into Leather Colourant, to avoid over-thickening.
